Review:
After reading this book and the last book I reviewed of Marianne’s (“The Night Night Book“), I have concluded that she is one of my favorite childrens book authors.
The illustrations are charming as always and the story is very sweet. This book actaully almost brought me to tears, it’s just that touching. Then again, I am an emotional person.
“I Believe In You” does just what it says it will on the inside flap, it “encourages kids to look within to find they have all they need to succeed– and to know they always have someone cheering them on”.
I don’t want to spoil the book for you by sharing passages. If you are interested in reading some, Marianne has a couple on her website.
Overall, this is a great book and I’m glad to have been given to opportunity to review it. I look forward to keeping it for many years and someday when I am ready to have kids, I hope to be able to read it to them. I know they will enjoy it as much as I have.
This book would make a great gift to any child you know.
