Review: Ozeri Stainless Steel Frying Pan

Ozeri Pan Base MAEGAL

Ozeri is a company that offers a variety of highly acclaimed pans, scales, dishes and other high quality household items.  I’ve reviewed for Ozeri before, once for a digital bathroom scale and once for a ceramic green earth pan. I really like their products and continue to use them. Continue on to read my review of this stainless steel frying pan.

For review, I was sent the Stainless Steel Earth Pan you see pictures packaged and unpackaged above. I’ve enjoyed the products I’ve reviewed from Ozeri in the past, so I was excited for the chance to review another one of their products. I love that their pans do not contain any of the nasty chemicals that ‘they’ are now saying you shouldn’t use with cook wear. Their ceramic green earth pan is still probably my favorite pan of all time.

As for the use of this pan, it’s great! I like it as much as the other pan I had to review. Season it a little with some oil before use, and it’s perfectly non-stick. I especially like that this pan has higher sides. It looks like the right shaped pan for making a Julia Childs style omelette. I got inspired to make omelettes in a new way after watching the movie Julie and Julia. If you haven’t seen it, you really should. It’s wonderful.

All in all, I quite like this pan. I’m so pleased with Ozeri for making such great, PFOA-free pans and other wonderful products! I’m actually so happy with my ceramic pan, that I’m going to buy my Mom one for Christmas (though it’ll be late, they’re so good, they’re currently sold out!) Good thing the stainless steel ones aren’t yet!
