Nutrisystem Scale |

Nutrisystem is one of the most post popular diets on the market. No doubt you’ve seen countless commercials and celebrity endorsements for their packaged diet food program, but there are some things to clear up about the plan in terms of what is factual and what is not. There are some common assumptions about the Nutrisystem plan that we’re going to go over, as well as some misconceptions that need to be cleared up. Get the facts before you begin any diet program, and you’re more likely to find success and reach your goals. Continue on to get the facts about Nutrisystem.

Nutrisystem is hard to follow
This is actually pure fiction. Nutrisystem is one of the easiest diets to follow because you have everything laid out for you in the program. All of the difficulty of dieting; the weighing, counting, planning, has been taken care of for you. Right out of the box you’re able to organize your Nutrisystem meals and start losing weight. The plan has so much science behind it that there’s really nothing to think about, and the food doesn’t even need to be stored in the refrigerator.

The Weight will come off slowly with Nutrisystem
This is a fact, and it shouldn’t deter you from trying the program. It’s a good sign when the pounds are coming off slowly, because it means that you’re going at a healthy pace and not putting your body into too much stress while losing the weight. Nutrisystem is scientifically designed to work slowly because studies show that slower weight loss is more permanent in the long run. You should expect to lose one to three pounds per week on this program, and the fall-off should be steady until you have reached a healthy weight for your body. People lose weight on Nutrisystem at different rates, as this article by SecondTimeAround09 shows, but the average is 2 lb/week.

Nutrisystem is an expensive program
Everybody will give you a different perspective on this but compared to other dieting solutions this can be said to be true. What you’re spending per month on the food shipments is $300. Various blogs and coupon sites offer discount promotions for Nutrisystem. You can purchase Nutrisystem through Zorqe and pay only $239.99. However you do need to supplement these foods with extra produce, salads, and low-fat dairy. This can add up by the end of the month. What you’re not spending money on are any monthly meetings or memberships. However, if you’ve tried simpler methods of losing weight before, like for instance Slim Fast or Atkins, then you may find the cost of monthly food shipments to be expensive. This program is cheaper than, say, Jenny Craig, or some of the more high end food delivery diets, but it still isn’t considered cheap for most people.

Nutrisystem foods taste bad
This is fiction. Nutrisystem have improved their foods to the point they are actually enjoyed by most people and get fantastic reviews online. They do have Nutrisystem chefs who craft the recipes to be as delicious as possible so that you don’t feel deprived or hungry all day long. They have a lot of great comfort food recipes, and sweet and savory entrees that can be sometimes more enjoyable than the normal stuff.

My Two Cents
I agree that Nutrisystem is a great way to lose weight initially. Nutrisystem helps teach your body what correct proportions feel like, additionally teaching you what they look like. This is a great plan for someone who thinks they’re too busy to lose weight. You can’t make that excuse here! That all being said, I don’t think this is a program to stick with for years and years. Eventually, it’s time to start eating natural, whole and good foods for your body.
