Carrying a variety of higher end hair care brands, Beauty Care Choices likely to have a product you use in stock for less than you might be paying in stores. Chi, Nexxus, Bosley and Joico are among some of the brands available.

For review, I was sent a bottle of Goldwell Big Finish Volume Spray. I haven’t owned a hair spray in years, and sometimes I need some! When I was living with my sister, it was never an issue. I usually didn’t bother owning many hair care products because on the rare occasion I would need to use something, she always had what I wanted. Now that we’re living apart, it’s good to have some essential hair care products around the house.

Overall, I quite like this hair spray. I don’t really need volume with my hair, but I noticed that this particular spray doesn’t give you volume unless you want it to. I found I could easily lift layers of my hair, spray, and add lots of volume. Additionally, I could just use the hair spray to keep my hair and flyaways behaving better.  I’ll have to try this hair spray out with an updo or a more complex hairstyle to see if it’s really as strong a hold as they say. Thus far, it seems pretty good. And I love that it doesn’t make my hair too crunchy!

The one thing the picture doesn’t really do justice to is the fact that this bottle is big! Or at least bigger than normal. I have a “normal” sized aerosol can and it is about 2-3 inches shorter than this Goldwell one. At first I thought it might make the can more unruly and heaving (and it does), but not to the point where it really makes a difference between that and a smaller can. In fact I like knowing that this way it will last longer, too.
